Q: Do I have to book?
A: Booking is strongly encouraged to avoid disappointment, however we will be accepting some walk-ins if capacity allows.
Q: Can I book a table for more than 6 people?
A: Of course, we’ll need to sit you on smaller tables (no more than 6 guests per table) but we’ll always try to sit you as close together as possible. We would ask however that you do remain seated and that you do not move between tables within your group during your meal. If you’d like to book a table for more than 6 guests, please either contact the restaurant directly or alternatively contact our Group Sales team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Can we book a table for multiple different households?
A: There are different rules for different areas of the country. If you are booking in England and Wales, we welcome a maximum of 6 persons per table. In Scotland this is also 6 per table, but from a maximum of 2 households. Please note however, some of our restaurants are unable to offer larger tables, to ensure social distancing measures are met. Please note, the maximum number includes all children (of any age).
Q: Can I book to dine outside weather permitting?
A: Please add a note to your booking online in the ‘special request’ section and our teams will try to accommodate this where possible, however this can’t be guaranteed and is space and weather permitting!
Q: How long do I get the table for?
A: During busy periods table dwell time may be restricted as follows: 1 hour 30 mins for tables of up to 3 and 1 hour 45 mins for tables of up to 6.
Q: Do we have to provide our contact details for Test and Trace?
A: When booking, the lead booker will need to provide their email address and phone number. For walk-in tables we will ask for this information on arrival. Should we need to contact you, we will use these details to make contact.
Q: What should we do when we arrive?
A: On arrival, please wait to be greeted by a team member who will show you to your table. We have hand sanitiser stations available for you to use.
Q: Do we need to wear PPE? Will staff members be wearing PPE?
A: It is now mandatory for all guests to wear face coverings before entering the restaurant and en-route to their table. Face coverings can be removed once sat at the table but must be worn when moving around the restaurant. Our FOH team members will also bee wearing PPE at all times when serving tables. BOH and kitchen team members are not required to wear PPE when working in the kitchen.
Q: Are you offering a reduced menu?
A: We’ve reduced our menu to keep our kitchen teams small and prepare food safely, however you can still expect to see many of your dim t favourites on the menu.
Q: Are you using disposable menus and disposable condiments?
A: Yes all menus are now disposable, plus can be viewed online. Condiments are disinfected by our teams after every visit.
Q: How will the toilet arrangements work?
A: We will have a 1 in 1 out policy on the toilets, with clear signage on the entrance door to make it clear if they are vacant or not.
Q: Will the restaurants also be open for delivery and Click & Collect?
A: Yes the restaurants that are open will also be offering Delivery (Via Deliveroo, UberEats or JustEat) and Click and Collect. We will have a separate station for delivery and collection customers picking up food orders, thereby keeping our dining guests separate.
